I have lost count of how many swiss rolls (or disasters) that I have thrown away.... it got so bad that I have even stopped baking it for awhile... can't take too many failures... haha... The swiss rolls have always broken when i tried to roll it... the fillings tend to seep out from the sides... sighs...
This is my 1st successful swiss roll... the durian was a little too soft though... but the taste... heavenly... :-D I look forward to more successful swiss rolls... yumz yumz....
