I was just lying on the couch on a lazy Sunday afternoon.... looking like a lazy Garfield... and it suddenly came to my mind that I have some bananas left.... decided to look through my cake books and found this easy-to-do banana cake recipe... like I've just said, it being a lazy afternoon, the least I would wanna do is to get bogged down by complicated recipes and unsuccessful cakes)... so tadaa, this is the final product... It took longer than expected to have it thoroughly baked.... and I expected it to turn out like all my previous attempts at baking banana cakes... disaster... but hey! surprisingly, this one turned out to b soft, moist and tasty... Yumz... time for a nice tea break! Till then.... *munch* *munch*
