I wanted to differentiate my Durian Mousse Cake from the rest of the cakes that I have done before... Thus, it came to mind that piping a "durian" on top of the cake is the best differentiation... haha... maybe I shld do something about the "empty" white space around the "durian"... Just feels that the cake looks abit plain... hmm... time to brainstorm again...
Well, for the interior, I used 2 pieces of sponge cake and 2 layers of durian puree.... Have not tried this cake at time of posting... Let's cross our fingers that it taste yummy! :-D
