I baked this cake today... It turned out ok... But I guess the strawberries were abit sour... Well, this is really for the strawberry lovers out there.... One thing for sure, this must be eaten immediately after taking out from the fridge... and it can't be eaten immediately if it has out for some time... erm, sounds abit complicating huh... but anyway, i can only say 'Best Refrigerated'... as that the mousse and cream isn't so melty....
