I have finally plucked up my courage to make Tiramisu cake again... after a disastrous and expensive 1st unsuccessful try... At my 1st try, the mousse seeped out of the cake ring and onto my table top... it was such a mess... i spent more time cleaning up than making the cake per se... Duhz...
This is my 2nd try.... after attending a cake lesson.... and this time, it was much much bette... It really boosted my confidence... Will try it again... the improved version... and I can put it on the web for sale already... Have decided to make 2 different kinds... one with Kahlua....and one without.... the latter being more suitable for family with kids...
Time for cake baking again.... :-D
